Wellbeing Walk
Do you want to build your wellbeing, promote positive emotions and boost your enjoyment of life?
Explore the practice of Savouring as we enjoy a beautiful nature walk in this 3-hour learning experience.
We will meet at a designated cafe for a focussed savouring discussion over a cuppa. Then, you will be invited to explore ways to enhance your positive emotions through savouring as you breathe in the fresh air and engage in fun activities during our walk.
The experience includes a Savouring Mini-Playbook with ideas and activities to continue your savouring journey and promote your ongoing wellbeing.
